Eclairs
An Eclair is a delicate, elongated French pastry made from choux dough filled with a rich cream or custard, and topped with a smooth glaze. Traditionally, éclairs have a crisp outer shell that softens slightly after being filled. The most common variation is a chocolate Eclair, which has a vanilla custard or whipped cream filling and is coated with glossy chocolate icing.
